HOW TO BOOK
We operate on an appointment-only basis. You can make your appointment by using our online booking system, Fresha, or by simply contacting us directly using email, telephone or social media.
If you are unsure of which treatment would most benefit you, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly to discuss this. All treatments are bespoke and designed entirely with your outcomes in mind. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
DEPOSITS
A small non-refundable deposit is taken upon booking to secure your treatment. The
remaining balance can be made by cash, card or bank transfer within the clinic on the day of your treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand clients may need to occasionally cancel or change and appointment. We politely ask that cancellations are made with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the total treatment fee. No further bookings can be made until the fee is paid.
